DULUTH, GA – February 22, 2007 – PossibleNOW, a leading provider of consumer privacy preference management consulting services and technology solutions, announces that it is hosting a series of three Webinars about Do Not Call Compliance for NYSAR members.

PossibleNOW is a business partner with NYSAR (New York State Association of REALTORS®) and offers its DNCQuickcheck Do Not Call compliance service to NYSAR members.

Each of the three half hour Webinars will focus on a different aspect of Do Not Call compliance. The first Webinar, scheduled for February 27, discusses the Do Not Call rules and what real estate professionals must do to comply.

The second Webinar, scheduled for March 22, will explain common pitfalls faced by real estate professionals and the consequences of failure to comply with state and federal Do Not Call laws.

The final Webinar in the three part series is scheduled for April 19 and review the recordkeeping requirements to establish a defendable Safe Harbor position.

There is no charge to NYSAR members to participate in the Webinars. All NYSAR members need is an Internet connection to view the visual portion and a phone next to their computer to listen to the audio portion.

PossibleNOW plans to record the Webinars. NYSAR will offer the audio recordings to their members at no charge.
